Is Jesus Close By?

It seems that every week we find that another person we love or know has gone on to the next life. And when someone we love goes on, we grieve their loss because we love them and miss them. But if they knew the Lord, their death, for them at least, was a good thing. One can only dream, at this point, what it might be like for one who passes from this old sinful earth on into a completely perfect place. There is no perfect place on earth.

But though there is no perfect place on earth, the Lord whom we serve is perfect, and we have Him always in our hearts. He is waiting there for you to. contact Him. The Apostle Paul, writing to the church at Corinth, said, "16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?" So we don't have to go too far to meet up with our Lord. Call on Him today for the comfort and assurance you need. He is anxiously awaiting your visit!
