Do You Trust God?

I think many people, whether or not they are Christians, just cross their fingers and hope. We don't really have a lock on the concept of faith. In the book of Hebrews, chapter one, we see the definition of faith. "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

If we could see it, faith wouldn't be a factor. Anything concrete is tangible and we can lay our hand on it, so faith is not needed to believe in it. But God isn't someone we can see or lay our hands on just yet. That day is coming, but until then we need faith.

To increase your faith, try to relax and know that God has the world in His hands. He is responsible for all that is. He created all that exists. So with that knowledge, let's believe together that God will make it alright, no matter how grievous the matter seems to be right now.

Exercise your faith by trusting Jesus, and by asking Him for more of it.
