We are currently looking to hire a new Senior Minister.  Qualifications are:

1. Meets scriptural qualifications of a shepherd as defined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7

 

2. Degree from Christian Bible College preferred

 

3. Able to lead and inspire spiritual growth in a multi-generational congregation

 

4. Collaborates well with elders, deacons, and

 

5. Communicates with clarity and compassion, both from the pulpit and in personal settings

 

6. Practices believer's baptism by immersion​

 

7. Approachable, relational, and genuinely cares for people

 

8. Able to build connections with both older and younger families

 

9. Willing to live in or near the rural community to be present in the life of the church and town
